ARE YOUR GEMSTONES NATURAL OR LAB-GROWN?
JAVO works with natural gemstones, lab-grown diamonds, and lab-grown colored gemstones. Each product page clearly identifies the gemstone type and relevant details. Every stone is individually selected for its color, character, and overall beauty.
ARE JAVO PIECES MADE TO ORDER?
Some JAVO pieces are available in stock, while others are made to order or created around individually selected stones. Production times are noted on the product page or confirmed at the time of purchase.
DO YOUR GEMSTONES COME WITH CERTIFICATES?
Select gemstones and jewelry pieces may include an independent laboratory report or certificate when specified on the product page. Certification varies by stone and is not included with every piece.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
In-stock pieces are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Made-to-order and custom pieces require additional production time. Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided.
What is the return policy?
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging. Custom, personalized, resized, engraved, made-to-order, and final-sale pieces are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
International shipping is currently available on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability for your destination. Duties, taxes, and import fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
